When if first designed the scenes on a storyboard for my teaser trailer I hoped that when I filmed it would turn out in the exact same way. However as the production went on I realised that not everything could go to plan. Due to the facts of the weather, daylight, timing props, accessibility (settings) and the amount of people my trailer still has some scenes from the storyboard but it has changed. There are some shots that I followed through with but I didn’t add them in my trailer because it didn’t cooperate well. For example in the early scenes of ‘Victoria talking and being mocked by her friends’ I decided to leave it out as it took up too much time and didn’t work with the rest of the trailer of conveying horror. Also as I was unable to access a real looking axe I chose to abandon the drawn scene and leave it out of the trailer. I did hope to shoot my film at night but due to less film equipment and inconvenience it failed to happen. On the contrary I did manage to get my kidnappers to my liken.
